The  “STACEY EARLE & MARK STUART Duo Tour”  will be coming to a close. We will continue to tour through the year and early into 2010, even adding some dates to our schedule in that window of time. Those who are presenting us in concert throughout 2009-early 2010 can be assured we will gleefully be there to perform.

     We thank all those who were there to support our duo in the 8-plus years that we toured/recorded under this professional name. We have performed together over 17 years, been married over 15. Our marriage is very much intact and we will, undoubtedly, have some involvement in one another’s projects. However, the duo as an act will basically cease to exist. The long, heavy touring that has been our trademark will be over, but, you will be able to attend/present concerts of the solo artists “MARK STUART” or “STACEY EARLE”.

As we wrap up this Duo Tour it will officially be called the “Drive her ‘til she drops” tour.
While we have traveled miles across the country together we have not been alone, Our Chevy Suburban has seen us safely up and over the Rockies in snow storms and ice. She has never failed to arrive at a gig on time. She is the crew!  We only can hope she will see us to the end of this journey!
     “Drive her ‘til she drops” tour our mission to drive our tour vehicle 1999 Chevy Suburban into her final resting place, Our drive way! And why?, because she is still running great!, and she is paid for,  we bought it new with 17 miles on it in 2000 and as of today she has 411,201.
“Yes It has the original engine” and,  "NO! Never has been overhauled!"
 It finally, after 379,000 got some transmission work, But hey! She has pulled us up and over the Rocky Mountains a few times a year.
 We are easily entertained out on the lonesome open highway. And you can, too! by keeping up with our daily odometer reading at
